Evening “Drop in Bootcamps
6.00-6.45p.m. Bootcamp (Tuesday and Thursday’s): is in the center of Hove Park on Goldstone Crescent side. Just past the children’s playground on the right hand side if you are walking away from the Old Shoreham road.
11.30-12.15p.m. Bootcamp (saturday only) : is in the top corner of Hove Park where Goldstone crescent crosses Woodland Drive (look for the mini roundabout). There is free parking on the Goldstone Crescent side of Hove Park.
10.45-.11.30 a.m. Technique session: is in the top corner of Hove Park where Goldstone crescent crosses Woodland Drive (look for the mini roundabout). There is free parking on the Goldstone Crescent side of Hove Park
7.15-8.00p.m. Bootcamp: is held on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursdays.

Locations for Personal Training
We offer the flexibility of training to fit in with your whereabouts and schedule. If it suits you to train at your home one day, the gym the next and outside the day after, that’s what we can do.
- Local gym: HAVIT Fitness personal trainers have access to the following gyms in Brighton and Hove: Active4less (formerly Fitforall) , Riptide and Cheetahs*. *A small fee is payable per session to the gym depending upon the gym. Or if your location is Henfield – Henfield Leisure Centre. Or if you live near Shoreham, the Body Loft.
- Portable gym: We have a range of portable gym equipment which means we can train you anywhere with enough space to move about – at home, outside or even at your workplace.
- Outdoor venue: for running and cycling we can use a variety of venues and locations that are close by and ideal for personal training.
When can you train?
Today’s fast paced lifestyle places time demands upon nearly everyone and can interfere with the best intentions to exercise. Our training sessions and venues are infinitely flexible so that they regularly fit into your life.
We train from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. every day. Earlier start times and Sunday training are available for an additional premium.
